1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • A return request is approved

  • The returned product is inspected and accepted by our team


    2. Refund Method

    • Prepaid Orders:
      Refunds are processed to the original payment method

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
      Refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer


      3. Refund Timeline

      • Refunds are initiated within 3–7 working days after product approval

      • Refund be automatically Credited on your original payment method within 10 business days


        4. Shipping Charges

        • Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable

        • Only the product value is eligible for refund


          5. Exchange & Store Credit Policy


          Exchange Policy

          • Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product

          • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products, subject to stock availability

          • Once approved, the exchanged product will be delivered within 3–7 business days

          If the product is out of stock, you may choose:

          • A refund, or

          • Store credit



          Store Credit Policy

          • Store credits will be credited within 2–3 working days after approval

          • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue

          • Store credit can be used only on dots99.com and cannot be redeemed for cash



              6. Order Cancellation & Refund

              • Orders can be cancelled before shipment

              • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

              • COD orders that are repeatedly refused may be restricted in future
